F-4091 Hard Maple, American Cherry, Alder or Hickory Fluted Box Newel Posts have a pedestal size of 6-1/4" and an overall length of 55".
Pedestal wall is 3/4". Shank is 4-3/4".
The F-4091 Fluted Box Newels are made with lock mitered corners, which means they have no end grains, developing elegance. Lock mitered corners provide strength to the newel post's construction.
This newel is also available as a half-newel post.
The F-4091's are also available plain, and with raised or recessed panel.
White Oak, Hard Maple, American Cherry, Alder and Hickory are non-stocked items and can take 3-4 weeks to ship.
Please note that white oak, maple, cherry, alder and hickory newels are non-stocked items and, once processed, cannot be cancelled nor returned.
