Floor Mount U Channel 120 x 45 mm

Overview

Our Floor Mounted U-Channel is used for holding 1/2″ Monolithic Glass. This U-Channel is 121 mm x 43 mm in size and comes in lengths of 2500 mm (8 ft. 2 in. ) And 5000 mm (16 ft. 4 in. ). It has a Satin Aluminum Polish Finish.

This listing includes the U-Channel Base as well as the inside and outside 90-degree corners, stainless steel cladding and end caps.

The Wedge Kit (sold HERE) is also required in the following quantities:

2 kits per 5000 mm piece of U-Channel
1 kit per 2500 mm piece of U-Channel
1 kit per per 5 corners

Anchors are also required (wood or concrete) in the following quantities:

10 wood screws or 10 concrete anchors per 2500 mm piece of U-Channel
19 wood screws or 19 concrete anchors per 5000 mm piece of U-Channel
2 wood screws or 2 concrete anchors per corner

Accessory pieces include the following:

Stainless Steel Cladding – 123 mm tall x 2500 mm long – Self Adhesive, just peel and stick. It gives a complete stainless-steel look and covers the front exposed area.
Outside 90 Degree Corner – 120 mm x 43 mm x 200 mm – Floor Profile for an Outside 90 Degree Corner.
Inside 90 Degree Corner – 120 mm x 43 mm x 200 mm – Floor Profile for an Inside 90 Degree Corner.
End Caps for Level as well as Angle / Rake – One for Flat and One for Angled up to 40 degrees. Install with a dab of epoxy. Trim to Fit.
Glass Gasket and Wedge Kit – Comes with enough material to install 2500mm worth of glass. See description above on how to order enough of these kits.

LIMITED WARRANTY
All products sold by Westfire Manufacturing are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. All products will be exchanged or a credit issued if found to be defective by Westfire Manufacturing. No merchandise will be returned without prior approval of officials at Westfire Manufacturing. Improper use of products eliminates Westfire Manufacturing of any and all warranties or responsibilities for safety or performance either expressed or implied.

WESTFIRE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE PRICES AT ANY TIME

FREIGHT TERMS
F.O.B. Tualatin, Oregon. If credit has been established, freight charges will be prepaid by Westfire Manufacturing and added to the invoice total. Customer is Responsible to Pay all Freight Charges if Order is Canceled while in Transit.

SHIPPING
Stair Part orders are shipped to the customer from the manufacturer's warehouse or the manufacturer of a specific style. Please note that Westfire is not responsible for delayed, lost or damaged freight.

CLAIMS
Claims for shortages, breakage or damage must be made directly with the transportation company. Claims for shortages must be made within one (1) day after shipment received. Customer must count boxes, approve and sign receiver from transportation company. Customer is responsible to verify shipment quantity.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Special orders or nonstandard products are not subject to return or cancellation if special raw material purchase and/or production has been initiated. All returns of non-defective goods must be in new resale able condition, shipped prepaid, and are subject to a 25% handling and restocking charge. Any parts having been altered or otherwise modified may not be returned. Returns are limited to stock purchased within the last 30 calendar day (No exceptions).
