4075 Plain Lock Mitered Box Newel posts are designed to work as a starting, landing or intermediate newel and pairs well with the 4091, 4092 and 4375 box newel posts. The hardwood wall is 3/4 inch and the main shank is 3-1/2 inches; 58 inches tall. Custom sizes are available with a per job quote.
The 4075 Plain Box Newels are made with lock mitered corners, which means they have no end grains, developing elegance.
Red Oak and Poplar generally ship in about 2 to 3 business days, FOB Ohio. Also available fluted or in solid glue laminations. Other wood species and Half-sawn newels are available with a three week lead time to mill and ship.

All returns of non-defective goods must be in new resale able condition, shipped prepaid, and are subject to a 25% handling and restocking charge. The quality was impeccable. The post was delivered in the rain, and i thought the post would be wet. Not the case dry as a bone. Double boxed and in a plastic bag. GREAT product!
