All returns of non-defective goods must be in new resale able condition, shipped prepaid, and are subject to a 25% handling and restocking charge. On stairs, we had to re-design our centering once we saw the shoe being close to a low knuckle on double knuckle baluster. It was better to add an inch to center to get better visual separation. We didn't change center on single knuckle or twist products that were in the repeat.
